Moderate sweating at night is completely natural. Most water is lost through the head, and if a pillow does not breathe or wick moisture away, your head and hair will be damp with sweat. The discomfort felt will affect the depth of your sleep and, consequently, its quality.

To protect the pillow from dirt and wear, we recommend using a pillow protector and covering it with pillow cases made of natural linen or cotton fabrics.
