Statutory Guarantee

1. MyAlpaca Sp. z o.o. is liable under the statutory guarantee for physical and legal defects of products in accordance with applicable law, including the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and the provisions of the Civil Code implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

2. The statutory guarantee is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer.

3. A proof of purchase is required to submit a claim under the statutory guarantee.

4. The Customer is obliged to use, wash, and store the product in accordance with the care instructions on the product label. Failure to follow the care instructions may constitute grounds for rejecting a claim.

5. The statutory guarantee does not cover defects arising from:

a. normal wear and tear of the product;

b. mechanical damage to the product;

c. use, washing, or storage of the product contrary to the care instructions on the product label, including leaving the product in conditions of excessive humidity.

6. If a claim is accepted, MyAlpaca will, at its discretion, repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new defect-free product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the defective product. In the case of replacement, the guarantee period restarts from the date of delivery of the new product.

7. The cost of returning the defective product to MyAlpaca shall be borne by MyAlpaca.

8. Claims under the statutory guarantee should be submitted in writing to MyAlpaca's e-mail address or registered office address.
