Bolster - soft, natural support

The alpaca wool bolster is pleasantly soft and naturally breathable. Alpaca wool regulates temperature and wicks away moisture - keeping it comfortable throughout the night, whatever the season.

The bolster is a wonderful complement to an alpaca pillow - versatile and surprisingly useful. Placed under the knees when sleeping on your back, it relieves pressure on the lower spine and ensures a natural body alignment. Positioned between the legs when sleeping on your side, it reduces pressure on the lumbar spine and hip joints. It also works beautifully as lumbar support - placed under the lower back when sitting or lying on your back. And when reading in bed, it provides comfortable support for the head and neck.

To protect the bolster from soiling, we recommend using a protector or covering it with a natural fabric pillowcase - linen or cotton.
