Details and specifications – HAND-WOVEN CUSHION Baby Alpaca & Cotton

Cushion cover hand-woven from chunky cotton yarn and young alpaca wool.

Baby alpaca is the finest alpaca fibre, sourced from the first shearing of year-old animals and considered one of the most exclusive natural fibres in the world. It is exceptionally soft, hypoallergenic, and thermoregulating — keeping you pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter.

Each cushion cover is crafted by skilled weavers from the Andean region in southern Peru. These artisans uphold a centuries-old tradition of handcraft, passed down from generation to generation. Every pattern is woven by hand on a traditional loom, and the entire process takes place without the use of industrial machinery. It is precisely this technique that gives each cover its unique texture and depth of colour, impossible to achieve through mass production.

Every piece is one of a kind and made with the utmost care.

Insert: 100% alpaca in a 100% cotton shell
